Kusamba pure sea salt is an artisan salt that are created from Balinese (making with caracter local with old salt making traditions. The method which started with the evaporation of unspoiled sea water in the beds of black volcanic sands to create pure distilled brines which then crystallized inside vessels made from coconut tree logs.
the result is the salt is then being dried in solar houses, cleaned and sorted to result the pure sea salt.
